Affiliated with the AFL-CIO Metal Trades Department, the ATLC is a council made up of fifteen local unions with approximately 2000 members at both BWXT Y-12 and ORNL. Three ATLC Environmental Safety & Health Representatives at each site are devoted full time to addressing employee Safety and Health concerns. Our commitment to our membership is to help ensure that our contractors provide a safe work environment where all workers are encouraged to participate in the safety process and help attain our goal of Zero Accidents.
